The Talisia Turtleneck by Velvet by Graham and Spencer is truly a perfect go to turtleneck this season. The turtleneck features raw edges around the neckline giving you lots of flexibility in how you want to style the turtleneck (folded or loose) and is not at all constrictive. The Talisia top is part of Velvet's recently updated Essential Jersey collection which features a softer, more lightweight jersey cotton and it also has a touch of spandex in it giving it a bit of stretch. The top features long sleeves which like the waist of the top are hemmed. The Talisia has a long length that hits several inches below the hips. Fabric is 93% cotton, 7% spandex. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Made in the USA.
